Why are ultrafine fibers redefining the standard of 'cleanliness'?
You may have become accustomed to this cleaning process: spraying chemical cleaner, repeatedly wiping with a cotton cloth or sponge, and finally wiping off any remaining water marks with a dry cloth. The whole process is time-consuming, laborious, and inevitably leaves a pungent chemical smell.

What is a fiber that is 100 times thinner than hair doing?
The definition of microfiber is synthetic fibers with a single fiber fineness of less than 1 denier - typically composed of 80% polyester and 20% nylon in a split structure. The diameter of a microfiber is approximately 1/100 of a human hair.
But what really makes it a "dimensional blow" to traditional materials in the clean field is not thinness, but rather a fragmented structure.
During the manufacturing process, polyester and nylon are extruded into wedge-shaped petal shaped composite fibers, which are then chemically or physically split to form tens of thousands of independent cilia. This structure brings three key capabilities:
1. Physical grasping rather than chemical dissolution
Each split cilia edge is like a tiny scraper. When the ultrafine fiber cloth comes into contact with the surface, millions of such "micro scrapers" work simultaneously to "dig" dirt, grease, and bacteria out of the microscopic gaps and lock them into the gaps between the fibers. The combination of polyester and nylon generates static electricity during friction, making the ultrafine fiber fabric like a "dust magnet". It won't just push dust around like traditional cloths, but truly absorb and lock in fine dust until you rinse it with water.

What is the price difference of "ultrafine fiber" products in the market, ranging from a few cents to tens of yuan?
Gross Merchandise Weight (GSM): Fabrics below 200 GSM are sparse and have a thin feel, greatly reducing their cleaning power and durability. For kitchen and car care scenarios, it is recommended to start at 250 GSM, and professional grade products can reach 350-400 GSM.
The ratio of polyester to brocade: 80/20 is the industry's golden ratio. A low proportion of nylon can affect softness and water absorption; If the proportion is too high, the cost will soar and the wear resistance will decrease.
Edgeless/Laser Cut Edge: Traditional lock edges leave scratches on fine surfaces. Laser cutting or ultrasonic edge sealing eliminates this risk and is standard in high-end cleaning and automotive care scenarios.
